House of Orvia shall not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment requests.

7. Refused or Undelivered Orders

If a customer refuses delivery or the order is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability, House of Orvia reserves the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders from such customers.
