1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product.

A return request will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used, washed, or damaged products.
Products without original packaging, tags, accessories, or invoices.
Products returned after the 24-hour return period.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Certain pet products that have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable.

After inspecting the returned product, we may offer:

House of Orvia reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued through an appropriate payment method as determined by House of Orvia.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, repeated order cancellations or refusals may result in restrictions on future purchases.
